Do BAP characters still grow in NHL26?

In previous years, my 6’0” 180lb center would end up 6’1” 189lbs after 1 year.  Does this dynamic still happen?  

My first character to play a full season did not grow at all, which I found odd.

I know totally minor, just curious.
