Why EA ?

As usual they try to fix things that aren't broken and it blew up in their face. The fact that it isn't in the game means they aren't capable of reintegrating the old system or its coming in the day 1 patch, I'll bet on the former lol.

Hello. This setting did not return. Are you having trouble finding full 6s matches though?

I think there is some confusion with finding a full 6v6 lobby full of random people, and it being enjoyable to do so.
Finding a full 6v6 lobby with dropin players is incredibly easy, infact it usually fills within 20secs and starts the game. Okay great...But the problem that either EA doesnt see, or they refuse to acknowledge, is that in no way is that fun. Having people goof around and play the game they want to play is fine and all, but not something a team of EASHL players should have to deal with. Its remarkable how many games you lose because one dummy on the team spams pull goalie, or constantly takes 20 penalties. I have another post about not finding games with those settings turned off as a human goalie -> when i turn ON drop players, it works instantly but then I have 2 people in every game, making giant players with racist names, shooting the puck into my own net, or taking penalties to screw over our clubs games. EA_Aljo this isnt a one off, its EVERY SINGLE GAME. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider bringing back match my team size / match my goalie. It makes EVERY single game much more enjoyable if your club does not have a full lineup everytime you play. Its the one feature EA did extremely right for NHL, and they removed it for no reason at all when it wasnt broken
Well said MisterWebb
We decided to grab a free agent last night to top up our team, only to have them constantly ice the puck, take penalties every chance they had and otherwise try to make the game all about them and their trolling.
This needs to be addressed. I know EA is all "we can't hurt people's feelings" and that's why we don't have the ability to boot the free agents from our session - but that needs to change. It's time to stop coddling these players because it gives them ZERO incentive to change their behaviour.
Otherwise, the whole concept of adopting free agents to your team is moot. We're letting trolls dictate every aspect of the game if we allow them to do so. EA continues to sit on their hands when it comes to this. It's time we have the ability to boot free agents if they're trolling. The in-game logic designed to monitor this stuff doesn't cut it.

I definitely get how frustrating these players are. I've encountered my fair share of them. I truly wish we had a better system for handling trolling. I will again make sure to relay this feedback. It would be great to see this get a higher priority. Thanks for the feedback.
