Almost a bit disgusting to ask us to shop in the WOC shop to complete weekly missions / seasonal missions

Its all part of EAs strategy to get you to buy into packs. Why you have these new additions like. Line combinations. Objectives to acquire certain player cards, as examples. You keep flip flopping your team, and from time to time, you cant find what you need in auctions. Hey! Stores open. Drop your money down and take your chances on packs, whose odds are ridiculous. So are the costs. This franchise seems to have forgotten what got them where they are (community, buyers), and have instead focused on monetary return. This game could have been on an upward trend, if they had kept the direction they had in the beginning.

The OP was talking about WoC. Not HUT. Regardless, you can build a very competitive team without spending anything extra. And if you're against the option to spend money in HUT, there's always any of the numerous modes that don't have a way to spend money. Online Versus would be a great alternative.
