Face-off Issue In Hut and Versus Issue

Played a few games like this mostly in HUT where my player is at the face off and my opponent doesn’t even try to win it just stands temporarily active. While I attempt to the win the draw and lose? This is a known issue and I’m wondering why it’s like this? Especially when a base card 77 overall can out face-off or out skate higher overalls. My connection is wired on Starlink connection with 18ms in ping response time. My speeds are very fast and I’m sure why I keep losing face-offs like this.
