HUT Content Update

I get this error very often when trying to start a game or open an auction. First, it freezes with a blank screen for a few minutes, then this error appears, then after pressing Cancel, maybe I'll get lucky and the game will work. Also, the menu itself, which is very slow, can freeze with the preloader for several minutes. This problem is very annoying and occurs at any time of day. My internet connection is good; I never had this problem in NHL 25, for example. Perhaps the problem is in the client. Platform - PS5. Please fix this.

  • Yeah, I didn't have this problem right away either. I played without any problems for a while, but I only bought the game recently. I hope it gets resolved.

    Hi there. I've seen this happen on Xbox as well. It just went away on its own. Regardless, I definitely understand how frustrating it can be. Hopefully, we'll have this addressed in a future update/game. Thank you for the report.

  • I had that same problem, about a couple of months after the game became available. I tried everything to eradicate the problem, but to no avail. Im sure its a glitch in the software update. Eventually. It one day just stopped coming up. So hopefully, your's will as well. Always irritating, when nothing is mentioned about it, and even worse, when its not fixed.
