Hut Moment Issue

So I’m trying to beat the Howe score 3 goals shorthanded which is hard enough so I get up 2 and got 1:30 and a timeout left so I’m thinking this is it, I’m finally done with this stupid challenge and then what happens? A cross check, on the Rangers! No way I’m def gonna score now hell yeahhhh 4 on 4! But wait, Howe is out of the game? How do I win when Howe is out of the **bleep** game! Because they got a penalty I get **bleep**? So I let them score and nothing happens, no Howe in game. This needs fixed. I get it if I got the penalty but how do I stop AI opponent from getting a penalty? Tell me how!!!!
