Mentioning the game on the PC. I remember there use to be a programmer who replicated the boards of every NHL rink, as well as providing proper team gloves and stick models. And that was done by someone not associated with EA. So one has to ask. Why doesnt EA also venture into this as well. They could charge the companies that have board advertisement, a fee to promote their product. Making more money, and in turn, hopefully improving this game. With AI now. The limits should be boundless.

Back in the day of the game on the pc they used to have attendance going down if the team was losing, they had players on cold and hot streaks and players not available due to illness, here we are nearly 20 years on and they can't even get all the penalties working in the game which is not all the penalties that are all that in real life.

Your idea is actually very good. Have audience members seen leaving when games become lopsided. As the year progresses, if the team is failing, have it shown in the dwindling attendance. As it is now. I have seen home crowds cheering for the opposing team. Not truly the standard you want to convey.
