I think this list is great. A fraction of what is here is what the Be A Pro revamp should have been - they literally gave us the bare minimum (if that). I was super stoked for the Be A Pro revamp and then subsequently incredibly disappointed. I barely played it.

i disagree with removing the X factors, but think you shouldn’t get an X factor immediately but should have to earn it.

An addition I’d like to add to this list is to allow for playing in European/other leagues if you wash out of the NHL. Kind of expanding it in a similar way to EAFC/FIFA’s player career mode.
