Ok so, player is allowed to cut me off and just destroy any semblance of speed I had, breaking my arm in the process; this isn't really the point of the clip tho - you're supposed to be looking at the goalie. Watch how extremely late he is to acknowledging the pass and then look at the insane instant animation he whips out.
"Just play with a human goalie!", you cry out. No. Not only does playing as a goalie absolutely suck the wind out of mine and my friend's sails due do how awkward the controls are, that, again, would only be a band-aid for the much larger issue of brain dead AI as well at the unchecked meta exploiting your system.
Second clip, next immediate play - You tell me what the flippity flip we're expected to do here? You just know if either of us were to poke it would go straight in lol - It's literally in the hockey God's hands at that point the goalie will cover or the ref just blows the play dead and it's been this way for, again, about a decade. You said you fixed this from happening multiple times now. Big shocker it's still a thing, I know, but c'mon now. We were having a pretty fun back and forth game until this point but the whole thing just soured and leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
You know how hard it is to convince your autistic friend to stop playing one of his staple games? I did i-- no, WE did it EA Sports - Dipsy and Atem can play some Split Fiction and BF6 together!
I'm sorry if this sounds so salty but it gets to a point where it's hard to not take the game's negatives as personal when you have to keep fighting the same issues over and over and receive even a boilerplate response like 5% of the time.
