My HUT is gone and deletes

Went on my PS5 and booted up NHL and went to my HUT team and gives me the menu that I have to start my HUT team again when I never deleted it after spending so much hours grinding my team to how good it is and now it’s suddenly gone just like that

Hello. Are you sure you're logging into the account you created your HUT on? If so, please open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this. That can be done by hitting the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page.
