Need help to adjust the puck control in franchise mode in NHL26

I started a franchise mode in nhl26, and i started to play my firtst game and all the AI players and the human players , when they try to pickup the puck, they keep loosing it, they cannot keep it on the hockey stick.

So what controls that i need to fix in the parameters.  And what is the best parameter to fix the problem ?
