What time does the new season start tomorrow?

Now I am confused. My game counter reads 23 hours. So here in Germany tomorrow at 18:00 Uhr. Pacific time should be 10 a.m. right now it is 11:15 a.m. pacific time, right?

I missed the WoC tag. The new season starts at 10 AM PST tomorrow.
