When someone reports an issue, we need a video so that we can properly investigate it. Which console are you on? I'll get the instructions for recording clips. Again though, these are very easily found with a quick web search. That way, you don't have to wait for a response here.

I'm using xbox series x

the contributions that I reported about errors or problems are already 4 to 7 days old, so now if I send you the video it will not be up to date because there was probably an update in between to be honest

first you need to link your PS5 to like youtube. you will have to create an account so you can upload videos but that is easy. just go to youtube on your computer and create an account (it's free). if your on PS5: press the create button (the button that looks like the start button) on the left side of the controller. you will get the video/screen shot popup. then go left till you see 'save recent gameplay' and press X. then you can select how long you want your video. you can do this while playing. just pause the game and do those steps. you can also trim the video but for general purpose you can just save like 15 seconds to 1 min. then once that is selected, it will go back to the 'save recent gameplay' but you will have a video all the way left. go over to that and press X. you will come to a screen where you see your video and icons below it. go down to the curved arrow which is the share icon. press X and you will come to the upload screen. here is where you should see your linked accounts like youtube. if it's the first time you may have to link the account (just follow the instructions) but you can link the youtube any time in the PS5 settings (I believe). then you will come to the upload screen. here you can rename the video or just go up to "upload' and it will be uploaded to your youtube account. go to your YT account and go to "your videos" and all uploaded videos should be there. what I do is play the video and pause it. then just copy the URL from the search bar and past it in your post here. then just explain what happened. like in this video, you can see my AI teammate #12 just decides to skate on MY side of the ice. I'm right D, he's left D. why in the world would he skate all the way over on my side leaving the left side undefended. this is an ongoing issue and on SEVERAL occasions it was turned over in our zone and it resulted in a goal and I GET A MISSED ASSIGNMENT even though that wasn't my side to defend.

and I'm really not trying to be an Ahole but there have been a lot of videos posted for NHL24, 25, 26 (mainly for the latter 2) especially for the stupid AI and NOTHING has changed. it's the same old: your teammates suck and the other team (especially the goalie) is on superman superstar mode. all we want is a REALISTIC hockey game. when your player is not the only person being focused on. the new feed always has "Joe Shmo and the ducks face off against...." even though I'm not even in the top 10 in goals, assists and points and then at the end of the game it's " Joe Shmo has an outstanding game and comes away with the win against....." 1 assist and + 3 with 8 hits is average not outstanding especially when a forward got a hat trick and 2 assists. that news feed needs to go along with the 3 stars. star 1 gets the news feed not just me. I want to EARN that news feed, not have it handed to me on a mediocre game. I don't see why you can't have a continuous news feed. like for a few seconds say something about the upcoming game with the team leaders in the feed, then switch to say something about me (especially if I'm a rookie). then after the game do the same. go by the 3 stars and then something about my player: "Joe Shmo got on the score sheet with 1 assist" or "Joe Shmo need to step up his game", or if I had a bad game then actually nothing except maybe "the Ducks played a horrible game, possibly out of the playoff picture". 

Wow, is it really that complicated on a PS? On Xbox I choose to take a picture or a video and then about 5 minutes later they're in my OneDrive under Pictures/Xbox Screenshots or Videos/Xbox Game DVR. Then I can I drag and drop them into my post.
