NHL hur salary cap?

With the salary cap starting out in season two so low and you have gave out boost but still seem to not be enough of them is there going to be a mid season extra boost without line combos? It seem like at the end of the season if the overall players are going to be around 91 like the xp card if you even have three lines that are close to that overall you wount have enough
