since the latest patch, all this game is now is skating north and south and shooting, i was having puck battles in front of the net, on the boards and it was harder to get in offensive zone. i was in some games having shot totals per period sometimes 4 or 5 with good defensive games, since patch it’s not like that now.
Before, like they said , every game should feel different, it did till after the patch
I thought they said it would be easier to knock people off the puck that were using vision control. Is that not the case?
yea and that makes more big hits and now we are back to a hit fest, i was getting 3-8 hits per period, cpu to, now it’s up to 15-20.
i bought this game on release day and been playing it a lot since i got it. i haven’t seen 50 hits from cpu in a game till after the patch, they completely ruined this game, to me it wasn’t broke(except for maybe penalties) put it back the way it was.
i just got hit 9 times in the first 61/2 minutes of first period, if there gonna leave it like this i’d like to get a refund, this game to me absolutely fun before this patch, now it’s back to nhl 26 hits. there is hardly any board play any more, cpu kicks it out real fast. i’m shelving this until they fix, every game plays the same now 50 to 60 hits a game just for cpu, my god.
heck I was getting a total of 10-18 hits a game and that is doing 20 min periods before patch. only played 1 game since the patch so not sure now. I'll have to check

usually I do too. just played a game and the highest an opposing player on the other team got in hits was 7 and the highest (besides me of course) on my team was 9. I got 13.

the funny thing is, this is with my 2way defenseman. with my enforcer I have over 600 hits 3/4 way in the season lol
