I always get a kick out of the fact this actually makes the matchmaking process even slower with all the back-outs and they just don't seem to notice/care.
Arbitrarily adding/removing features just because you can is not how you'll win back the community
EA_Aljo has said they know about it, but they'd rather make red wheels P2W and the AI atrocious than actually put that in the game. I just cant wait for this cycle to be over, as i have stated and will keep stating... Unless there is drastic change im done and buying at half price black friday and if they dont do that fine with me. Waste of my time on this franchise that doesn't care about me and others.
They've known about all our issues for years. I was part of the mod team until recently and was only ever asked once for my feedback once and was ghosted nonstop when I asked for any new information and follow ups. Either the devs are straight unable/unwilling to make changes, or a suit higher up that makes the decisions just cares about profit over making an actual good game.
You're welcome to add your grievances to my ever growing list here@TTZ. The game has evolved from one whose emphasis was on creating a realistic NHL experience, to one where, all aspects of the game are cost evaluated. We have seen good portions of the game removed, and replaced with glam they believe will be financially rewarding. There have been so many suggestions by players here in the forum, requesting new and old formats to be implemented, only to fall on deaf ears. The exclusion of a PC version, is an example of how they dont see this as being worth the cost to resurrect. The game almost seems like a funneling manipulation, where you as a player are guided down a path that will hopefully get you into the buying packs mode. The new salary cap addition, where with the combination of line combinations, combine to keep your team complient with your personal cap. Then they keep bringing out weekly, new objectives where certain players are needed to accomplish them. Forcing you to adjust your team makeup. With the removal of SBs, they also removed incentive. No goal to test your skills. Now just a marathon 55 day event, where everyone ends up at the same ending same rewards, whether you play rookie or superstar. This game as we see it today, is the result of no competitive alternatives, like we had in the past. And as long as your the sole provider of the game. Its a take it or leave it attitude.
Couldn’t have said it any better. The team at EA have no creativity. How many people have the same Ovi/Mac/Slaf line?EA_Aljo wouldn’t know cause he doesn’t play HUT. Aljo is ultimate team intended to be the users ultimate team? Or the devs ultimate team? Or the Habs fan ultimate team with the amount of Habs cards there are. There is zero creativity. Would love to be this bad at my job like the devs and content team are. Shame shame shame. And if I mention the 89 BND screw up I know he won’t respond!!
Bless you brother. So many clips. Funny seeing Aljo defend some of those stuff. It’s a joke man. It’s how much can we milk people of their money. Sad where this franchise has gone.
