The salary cap is nothing more than manipulation. Keep bringing out new objectives, where you need to adjust your player base to attain them. Then there's the line combination  in order to increase your cap. And last but not least. The captains format. Where now to gain AP. Players have to be team members of the captain chosen. The cap concept is fine for Franchise mode, not in XP or Wildcard. The salaries are farcical to begin with. Rookies, making 10 mil a year. Dead Alumni making 6 to 8 mil a year. Lol. Right. EAs motto. If its real. Its in the game. So much for that.
