I don't think there's much EA can do.  You can wait for EA_Aljo​ to respond as he's probably your best bet here.  More than likely you'll need to take things up with Sony.

Personally, I'd recommend setting up your PSN account to require you to enter your password for every purchase.   It's a good first step to preventing accidental purchases by people that have access to your Playstation.

Your chances are......NIL! The one aspect they would question regarding your claim is. Is there proof your cousin actually made the purchase. And im sure you wont be able to prove it. Sorry bud. But i dont think this is going any further than the ask.

Hello. Your purchase goes through the PlayStation store. You will need to contact them to see if a refund is possible. Typically though, digital purchases are non-refundable. As mentioned by PlayoffError​, set your console to require verification for purchases so others can't make them without your knowledge.
