Hi my cousin bought nhl points eith my account on playstation 5 in game is there anyway i would get a refund because i really dont have the money right now?

I don't think there's much EA can do. You can wait for EA_Aljo to respond as he's probably your best bet here. More than likely you'll need to take things up with Sony.
Personally, I'd recommend setting up your PSN account to require you to enter your password for every purchase. It's a good first step to preventing accidental purchases by people that have access to your Playstation.
