Please allow player in versus online to put restriction for minimum of game play

Its fun to try to raise my rating when i play.. but its so annoying to get -13 when i lose because a player rank is way lower than his play level.. what i mean by lower level than his play is that the other player don't play enough to have a proper rating..

 i am 930 rating and its take me 6-7 games to get back my +13.. if we could have the option to only get pair with player who play a minimum of 50 game its would fix that..

its annoy me enough i just think to stop to play when its happen.. i accept to lose and lose point , but i should not play opponent that are super good with a 600 rating by example.. they are 600 just because they don't play a lot so their rating not reflect their level.

i don't mind to wait a lot longer to prevent those game.. a 9XX player losing to 6XX rating often make -13.. while a win +2 .. its really not cool to lose against new account.
