Pokechecking and body checking

Why is pokechecking and body checking literally impossible in this game? Like literally all up in a dudes face spamming pokecheck and literally nothing happens And body checking just feels like you...

I play goalie. Today, a player came up from behind the net, I pokechecked and my defender pokechecked at the same time. Both our sticks whent through his stick and through the puck. He then shot the puck between my legs because the annimation has me lift one leg to pokecheck out of the butterfly... goal. I have a saved video of it. The setting that increases immunity to stick, body, and feet disruption of the puck is at 0/100. Meaning there should be ABSOLUTELY no immunity. Funny thing. After I changed the slider in game to 100/100... it played the same.

I'm beginning to wonder if the gameplay sliders actually do anything... at all... ever.

EA_Aljo Are y'all looking into this issue too? Seems like I've seen this and penalties everywhere on this forum.
