Pressure System Affecting Goalies Too Much

Last night me and my buddies played club and our goalie was having frustration with an issue that has become common. We matched against some former junior hockey players who are from my hometown and got smoked. We tried to help our goalie out but he kept losing energy even without making a save. Anyways gets scored again and he gets no energy back. Eventually we just quit and same thing happens next game. He stopped playing goalie and we went with AI goalie which none for that happened there. I didn’t get video but I think my buddy was streaming on Twitch. If I can find the VOD I will attach it. I feel this system really needs an adjustment as it shouldn’t affect goalies so much, especially if getting no shots on net.
