Problem with sets

I just had the same issue I have rest my game multiple times but I made the 95 Dougie Hamilton through the 4 player trade in the 91, 91, 89, 89 set and didn’t receive him

Restart your game. Look in your collection. Sometimes you have to scroll to find it. If its still not there. File a complaint with EA on their website.
