Random FM Crashes

FM will randomly just crash the game and return to Xbox Home Screen. Not resolved after uninstalled/re-installed, no issues with other games (i.e., the Xbox is fine),  and there are no current updates. The crash happens when playing in a game, simulating games, and even just navigating the main menu. 

Add this to the 100 other issues across BAP and the other game modes =/
