Let's just max speed out and have breakaways be the whole point of the game? This game sucks. Poke check doesn't work and the superstar abilities are all over the place. Its not even hockey anymore

Poke checks. Checking. Faceoffs not going back to point player. Hell. You could list a lot more. Agreed. They have altered the game to be more offensive now at the cost of defending. There is no balance any more. And the Hut objective. No incentive. Same rewards. Same goal. Doesnt matter what level you play at. Everyone gets the same result. BORING!
It's a joke that you need an xfactor for a one timer off the faceoff, something you were able to do up until 24
Agreed. Forced to use wheels just to keep up with the guys who do nothing but make their guys as fast as possible. There is really no downfall either. If i could use a power forward and lay a good check on them and they get injured for a period where wheels is deactivated then that wouldnt be as bad but they get injured for 4 minutes of the period then back to the track meet. Just remove all the xfactors and go back to the points and boosts like NHL14 with the 26 gameplay. Every build is basically the same anymore now and typically we have at least 1 cpu dman who just gets burned past every time. Its crazy.
