Agreed. “No guaranteed save” shouldn’t mean “no reward for perfection.” It should mean that perfection is rare, difficult, and earned—but when it happens, the game should recognize it. You're right - Perfect timing in MLB, green releases in NBA 2K, perfect counters in fighting games...all of these systems exist to reward mastery without making it trivial. Human goalies should offer up the same kind of feature.
