Top CHL Prospects being deleted from the game

The NCAA has to be the next thing EA addresses with this series. 

However they will not add headshot pics for this players. They never die during the year. I think it has nothing to do with license cause the actual player data with all real parameters are in.

They have the possibility to buy NCAA player likenesses by law since years. James Hagens exact data will be in, but why to hell without a headshot picture in the basic roster?

Offline modes don't earn EA money, so why would they focus on them? As long as 13 year olds keep buying packs in HUT they don't have an incentive to actually improve the game. 

Of course they earn cause you buy a copy of the game.

There's lot a people who buy the game for the offline modes, and lots who used to buy it for the offline modes who don't anymore due to the lack of updates to them.

Offline modes do in fact earn EA money. People purchase a copy of the game, and playing them advertises it to other players, improves their player data, etc.

Yep nothing to do with licensing. They own the license already for IIHF, which includes American and Russian players. They can easily add likeness to them on the WJC rosters, but they choose not to.

My BIL was in the NHL games for years while he played pro, with his likeness in the game, and he was never approached by EA. They get the collective rights from the teams, not the players.

Either that, or find another way around by using their IIHF rights to add a lot of missing guys.

Do you know why James Hagen's data is in NHL 26? I must have missed something about that.
