Unnecessary/forced Diving Shot

It’s just another issue we’ve been talking about for a while. How often do you see desperation moves like that in real life? That’s right. You don’t. Lol

Agreed, That diving shot is the most unrealistic feature they easily brought into the game. Clearly shows they have 0 hockey knowledge when they bring in animations that have literally been done in real hockey 0 times this season alone lol, its kinda sad honestly how bad at their jobs they are, usually in life you get fired for being terrible at what you do :/

Can we just get rid of this auto animation ,its just stupid

Here is an even worse example of this happening in instances that make no sense. 

Puck carrier looses the puck, player on my own team has a chance to regain possession of the puck, closest player to the puck. 

However the after I switched to the closest player the AI (original player who lost the puck), decided to dive and poke check the puck away from his own teammate and allowing the opposing team to gain possession of the puck. 

I need someone at EA NHL to explain and display how NHL IQ and edge data factors into this play.

This is actually worse then the one I posted originally and actually lead to a goal against. 

Hey there. We're aware of this. The desperation shots are going off to easily. Hopefully, we'll see this updated in a future patch.

This is not even a shot attempt.

I understand that the desperation shot is going off easily, however this is not that sort of instance.

 Can you please explain what sort of shot attempt was being made cause I wasn't aware a diving poke check towards the boards was a shot attempt?

If this is what EA NHL is defining as a shot attempt under the AI logic there is more issues then I even thought there was. 

Where was the net in the view of the video evidence I showed? What trajectory did the puck have that directed it towards the net to deem it a shot attempt? 

Again, we're aware of this. These shots shouldn't be happening as frequently as they do. The team is investigating it.
