This is absolutely ridiculous that this has continued and not have been addressed .I've heard the word accountability thrown around here well make these little Mary's accountable for garbage like this and also fix the late hits

I firmly disagree. Charging and boarding need to be nerfed. The game is set up for big hits yet every second big hit, you're in the box for charging/boarding. If I can delete you along the boards or open ice, I shouldn't be the one getting punished by sitting in the box. What they need to do is turn up hitting from behind (I don't see many called at all) and turn down charging/boarding.
