Community ManagerWe are getting very few reports of disconnects happening. We would need to go through some connection troubleshooting.
I too would love to see more communication from our side. However, there are most certainly changes that happen from the feedback we get here.
This was happening to all of us trying to play LGHL the other day. It was more on the PSN side of their servers crashing. I’m on Xbox and we kept getting error codes or configuration issues. Noticed the configuration one has been ongoing in drop-in lobbies and the lobbies simultaneously freezes for a moment before proceeding. Any chance we can get Clappy to start being more socially active again? He can just disable comments and give us updates more often than not? Mike E. deleted his twitter so communication through there is less informative and people still have no idea these forums exist lol.

If you are consistently getting errors, get some video so we can try to reproduce them.
As far as communication goes, I don't know if that will change. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of constructive communication directed at the devs so I can see why they'd be hesitant to open that up. There's a high amount of feedback I can't even relay due to the hate that comes through here. I absolutely understand that people can get very passionate about the game. I have that too, but if it's not kept in check, it turns into ranting. That's largely non-constructive so those comments don't really get in front of the devs. It would probably make a bigger difference if people kept their cool when letting us know how they feel. You can still get the point across that you're unhappy with the game by detailing the issues and avoiding the hateful comments.
The changes have nothing to do with correcting problems. The changes are just enhancements on factors that are currently present in the game. One example of non compliance. Last year the ability to multi select was working. It then went down. Was it ever corrected? It wasn't. This is a minor detail. But when all the minor details add up. The problem becomes a growing trend. And all the videos sent in, still don't rectify the growing problems.
