What’s the process to get a refund - not a joke post
It’s been months and games are still freezing in the middle, negating progress and wasting my (our) time. Not even commenting specifics about the questionable game play, but what is the process for getting a refund and sending this back? It’s not playable when you’re working towards goals, the game freezes causing you to have to shut it down and then you’re playing angry for having wasted time trying to redo milestones you already hit. I’ve posted in the HUT forum specific issues, I’m done with this game and series now.
