Forum Discussion
There is never the intent to be rude. Especially when someone said they knew they weren't very good. There's not really a good way to be sensitive about varying skill levels. I always try to make that as soft as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes a person's skill level is the issue though. We are not all experts at this game. Some of us could use advice from the community to help improve. Which, is part of why these forums exist. They are a way for everyone to share their tips and strategies. I most definitely apologize for coming across as rude.

You never do. I'm guessing OP is referring to me.
Assertiveness is often perceived as aggressiveness. I try so hard to provide real in-game footage of mechanics some people are confused about. Some people take that as an attack. Nothing I can do about that.
And just to be clear, there are a lot of users here who post incredibly rude and condescending topics filled with rage and angst and incredibly disparaging comments about the technical ability of the people who make this game. Most of them are removed before people see them.
So although your topic is directed at EA and people like myself, this stuff goes both ways. I apologize to anyone who construed my posts as dismissive and condescending. Obviously not my intention. However, some users here could also chill out.
