Why is the community not making a bigger deal about horrible matchmaking?

As far as im aware if nothing have been done so far no one is aware .. this isn't a new topic that has been circulating for years

Changes were made with NHL 25 to add additional filters. Adding one for similar rank has not been added though. Most likely due to the previously mentioned long wait times.
