Why no teambuilder for EA NHL like in Madden?

Why do we have in NHL no teambuilder like in Madden? To create teams, create players, upload logos for teams, upload for headshot pics in a teambuilder website. We urgently need this for NHL 26 in a patch. The NHL franchise is so far behind all other EA games.
