Community ManagerRiddle me this, how does it make any reasonable sense does to increase the AP cost of specific x-factors when Pre Builds obscenely break the AP cost cap ceiling, not even mentioning the Pre Builds in-game stats that are not even close to being possible to do with customizable loadouts.
As far as I know, pre-builds that break the AP cost can't be used. Are you still able to use them?
Your statement is not very true. The pre builds such as these (to list a few) are still able to be used in WOC.
