Can’t get into a club lobby and keep getting this error code. Seems to be when 1 of my friends is in the lobby. If he is not in the lobby we can all get in except for  him. Help

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the trouble! Please have your friend power cycle their equipment with the following steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
