Check to see if the firmware is up to date for your controller.

Yes, in fact it happens with 3 different controllers and 2 different PSVs. Just happened again this morning.

In the scheme of things, it’s not a huge deal since I just line change early in BAP. It’s definitely a bug though.

  Does it happen if you use Total Control? I'm not seeing any other reports of this so I'm inclined to believe it's an issue with your controller or game install. Which console are you on?

    My bad, I was using Total Control.
    Like I mentioned previously, this happens on two different PS5s and with 3 different controllers. I know it sounds loopy but it will happen at least once per time I play. Only seems to trigger when I shoot high as well.
    
    It’s probably not reproducible enough to get fixed but I wanted to register it happens. :).
