Every time I play a game in HUT or most of my online games will crash and I will get this message. I've been getting this error code ever since I purchased this game. How can I report this?

Something to try is rebuilding the database and clearing the system cache with these instructions.
Hello, I get this message every time I play chase the cup, randomly when I'm playing playoff mode, randomly when I play online versus and sometimes in franchise mode. I've tried putting the PlayStation in safe mode and rebuilding the database and clearing the system cache and I am getting the same results.
What can I do to help you help me fix this because all I want to do is enjoy my game. Please help me. Everytime this has happened to me I've sent a report. If you could look at where those reports go you will see that I probably have hundreds of them.

Hello. Is NHL 26 the only game that crashes with this error? Is the game installed on the internal hard drive or do you use an external one?
Yes, Nhl 26 is the only game that crashes. The game is installed on the internal hard drive. I bought the digital copy when nhl26 was first released and I also have a physical copy.
I've done these and the problem still happens especially when I do hut chase for the cup and almost every other online verses game I play.
