What's wrong with the servers? Why haven't they let me play online for the second day? Yesterday it worked early in the morning, and then it didn't work again. Great early access

Community ManagerIf you can connect over a mobile hotspot, but not on your home network, that's an issue either with your ISP or home network equipment. It would be good to contact them again so they can look into this further.

I'm not optimistic this will help, but it's worth a shot. Try rebuilding the database with these instructions. Also, restore your licenses with these steps.
You mentioned having a wired provider, but are you on a wired or wireless connection?
