Controlling the player character is not working

Hey, has anyone else noticed that when playing, guys just stay in place out of nowhere even though there's a puck on the platform and then they automatically protect the puck with their sticks?I trie...

Does it also happen with Total Control or Hybrid? What exactly is happening? You said you're having a similar issue to the OP.

Total control and skill stick didn’t notice it with hybrid

    Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game?
