Hello. Are you on an Xbox console? We're aware of the crashing. It's happening to a very small part of the playerbase. Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce this so we're not able to fix it.

Yes I am on xbox I have tried multiple things to fix this problem and nothing is working it won't even let me play a full game. This has happened since the NHL 25

Thanks for the response. Hopefully, we'll get this reproduced so we can find out what's causing the crash. So far, that just hasn't happened so we can't get it fixed.
