It has happened though its happening to other people that play the game and it has been a major problem with the last years NHL too. I'm tired of spending money on these games for them to not work it's just a waste of money

Do you play Madden or FC? I have heard of similar crashes with those games where their Series S/X crashed to the home screen.

Doesn't happen to me on any other game other than NHL that's why it is very frustrating. It doesn't even allow me to play a single game
