They work try this. If you are on PS the top two rosters are empty.
Delete the custom rosters, pick the one you want and when it asks to make it current don't select continue then back out and go to rosters and set the roster active that you just downloaded. Remember there are trolls here and have free will to add what they want in a roster description.
