Cannot enter HUT mode. Download has failed. NHL 26
Please try again is what I keep getting. I have unplugged my router, my xbox, and restarted the game. Still, I cannot enter HUT. It says, "unable to download rosters. EA_Aljo I am completely unable to get NHL 26 custom rosters to work on PS5 if they involve a lot of players. I downloaded 3 rosters, one that adds one player, and two that add quite a few. Only the one that adds one player works; the other two show that there are "no created players" in the creation zone. I have tried every method I can to get these rosters to work, but they refuse to. My only guess other than it just being completely broken is that I am using the 10 hour EA Play trial before the launch next week, and maybe the rosters were made by people who bought the deluxe edition. I just had a complete freeze on my franchise mode… Even reloading it is impossible! Paying like 100$ for this game is a total joke/scam! I’m a casual gamer who love to play Franchise mode by my own doing my things but this is enough… That’s the last time I’m paying for an NHL game ever! Moreover, it’s impossible to download and use « Custom roster » uploaded by someone else… And I’m pretty sure EA won’t do a thing about it because that’s not « cash machine mode » like HUT…The game is broken

Has anyone had a problem with downloading rosters from roster sharing on PS5. Every time I click download roster and then set it as my active roster nothing changes and I’m stuck on latest EA roster. I’ve tried deleting the game and re-downloading it, changing to a LAN cable and wiping my entire downloaded content section on my PlayStation and nothing seems to work. Kind of waiting for this to work so I can start playing franchise. Would really like to know when this is going to be fixed because I only play franchise mode and until it’s fixed, I’m still not playing the game even though I pre-ordered it.Any way to return game?
So dissapointed with ea, this gameplay, and the servers. Is there any way to request a refund for the game and money spent on packs? I’ve played nhl since I could barely even talk/walk and unfortunately this will be my last purchase of any nhl game as EA has proven time after time again they don’t care about gameplay and just care about making a quick buck of their day 1 fans that have supported the company throughout the years.. thanks for absolutely ruining what was once my favourite game series:)👎
