EA can you please fix all of these things for next years NHL

So I just wanna start by saying I've been playing this game since NHL09. NHL Online I've been playing since 2016. The matchmaking is hot garbage. I shouldn't be getting matched against a team of Elite 1s meanwhile I'm Gold 3. My friends don't even bother playing the game anymore because they're always lower level (Silver, Gold) and get matched against nothing but Players with much higher rankings, stats, games played, etc. There is not enough balance for a good core of players wanting to enjoy this game. Everyone would also like a real change to this game. Not just a few new aesthetic elements changed like goal animations and multiple choice answers for conversations. Take some notes from 2K and NBA. We don't want pay to win but we want a new game 🙏🏼 a true immersive hockey experience. Please make it happen

    The elite players that get bored of EASHL and switch over to scrub hunting randoms in drop-ins is a huge problem. These people should only be playing people their level, not a team composed of players that got matched randomly. The skill gap is ridiculous in this game, made worse by matchmaking.

    I have played this game since 92. It hit its peak in 2014 and had not recovered since.  I play chel and the gameplay is broken due to poor ai defenders,  X factors and the same cheese goal.  EA devs are aware of these issues but refuse to fix them. The game does not work when you try and play real hockey, but instead allows players to cherry pick or blow by useless defenders stuck skating slowly trying to get back into proper position. The goalies never react properly to the same fake one way shoot the other, specially on the backhand. I keep buying this game in hopes EA will make a real hockey game for hockey players. Stop making nhl blitz and get back to what made this franchws successful from the beginning.
