Still happening for me in HUT. Not an ISP issue as other games have had no issues connecting to West Servers, and a ping test for my internet says that the ping to Vancouver is what I would normally be getting on NHL. I am finding games fast with ping set to <20 (getting games at ~45) so I am pretty sure on the backend of things it has defaulted the central server as my optimal one for some reason as I have not connected to the West server in almost a week now, when previously that's the only one I would get matched on. Can you pass this onto the dev team to look into checking how optimal servers are being selected for users in Alberta?
