We've already tried three different approaches: 1. We added a profile that's been around for a long time. Just a month ago, we were able to play with the same console against different opponents without any issues. 2. After identifying the problem, we tried adding the profile as a guest. 3. We also created a separate psn account and added it. In all cases, the issue remains the same. It finds an opponent, but that's where it stops...

- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
