Game freezing when joining a game

First time I completely reset my Xbox and that worked, second time it happened an update came out the next time before I played! Did you happen to be playing champs, I believe that’s when it was happening to me and I haven’t played champs since it happened last 

I’m having the exact same problem and I can’t fix it. Did anything end up working?

If you're playing a digital version of the game, it's possible the alternate DNS settings will help. It's an odd issue that I'm not seeing other reports on so there's going to be some trial and error while we try to get it fixed. 

Do you have a different gamertag you can try? That would help narrow this down to being an account issue or not.

For me to get through all the steps and nothing work it might just be easier to delete the game for good and all other ea products 

I don’t have a problem with any other game so I don’t see how changing this will fix it, offline games don’t work either

Now the same issue happens in all modes, all menus and modes work until I attempt to play a game 

I didn’t change anything, like I said I have played multiple games with out closing the game and then at some point while trying to join another online game in hut it happened! On the screen just before a game starts where it has you matched with an opponent the game freezes music stops, little ea icon is still rotating! It doesn’t dashboard I have to close the game no error messages 

Did you happen to change any settings in your game or console when this started happening? Are you getting an error message or are you getting kicked to the Xbox dashboard?

Played multiple champs game Thursday then the bug started and it happens on every mode now, cant play world of chel can’t play off line cant practice cant do hut moments, game doesn’t crash it freezes and stays on the loading screen before getting into game
