Game froze during cup chase

Was playing cup chase in hockey ultimate team and had been undefeated when my game froze after the second period. I had no choice but to quit the game and now got a loss. That ruined my undefeated streak and chance at getting those rewards. Not the end of the world, but still a little disappointed. Hopefully this will not happen again.
