Game locks on trade screen

I'm in the off-season trying to do trades and get an offer, I will click the right thumbstick to view team info. The screen flashed, doesn't show me any information and then I'm not allowed to leave the trade screen.

I'll restart the save, same thing. I'll start a new save, same thing. I can't get past an off-season without this happening.
